What SiGMA Rome 2026 looks like from behind a camera
What we noticed in 2025 was how different Rome is from Malta. Malta is dense, loud, and full of crowd moments you can cut fast. Rome was quieter and more considered: fewer people milling in the aisles, more conversations at tables, more time spent with the team on the stand than with the stand itself.
That matters for what you book. A fast-cut, wide-shot, crowd-heavy edit is the wrong template for Rome. The footage that carried the ALEA video was people, not scale.
Fiera Roma itself is large: around 150,000 square metres under cover by the venue's own count, spread across multiple halls and a separate conference centre. The walk between a stand in one hall and a panel on a conference stage in another takes real minutes. If you want your CEO's panel filmed as well as your stand, that's a scheduling decision, not a "can you also grab this" on the day.
There are really three configurations, and the difference between them is what you can post while the show is still on.
A single videographer gets you a highlight video and vertical cuts for LinkedIn and Instagram after the event. What it does not get you is usable same-day photos. One person cannot film a stand and edit a photo gallery in the same hour, and the photos that get pulled as frame grabs from video look like frame grabs from video.
