Real work

Campaigns we've produced

Kodansha × Dominic Solanke. A manga campaign on a Premier League pitch.

A Blue Lock manga tie-in commissioned by Kodansha through LA creative studio Story Arc, which needed a camera team in London. We handled pre-production, production and colour grading for post, with Tottenham striker Dominic Solanke.

Four confirmed hours became roughly ninety minutes at a Premier League training ground, confirmed forty-eight hours before the shoot, with an eight-person team on the day. Crew accreditation went from request to approval in under two hours, and the footage was delivered the next morning.

Brand campaign with talent

What was delivered

  • Pre-production, production and colour grade for an LA studio
  • Footage delivered the morning after filming
  • 170,000 views within two weeks of launch

Heineken × Margot Lee. A scripted ad, filmed at 11am and delivered at 1:34am.

A phone case that automatically flips over when someone says "cheers", nudging people to put their phones down and be present with each other. Filmed with influencer Margot Lee in a lively social setting, it carried Heineken's message about digital balance without saying it outright.

The brief was a 60-second lighthearted video to a set script, filmed in one morning and edited the same night: under 15 hours from camera to finished cut. When the suggested track didn't feel right, we sourced other options rather than cutting to a song that undersold it.

Scripted social ad, same-day edit

What was delivered

  • 60-second hero cut and a 40-second version for a second placement
  • A set of Instagram Stories shot alongside
  • Filmed, directed and edited by one person
  • Approved with no major changes and co-posted by Heineken

Fury Energy × Chelsea FC. A campaign built inside Stamford Bridge.

Training ground access and a full stadium tour, filmed across two projects for Fury Energy's Chelsea FC campaign, with players including Victor Moses, Robert Sánchez, Andrey Santos and Malo Gusto, alongside brand ambassador Mido. Only one videographer was allowed inside the stadium, so the first day was built around what a single camera could hold.

The first project ran to ten videos: training-experience films, a stadium tour, ambassador content and influencer pieces. A second project followed a few weeks later, a live fan event at Stamford Bridge turned around same day and next day for PR.

Brand campaign, two projects

What was delivered

  • 14 videos across both projects
  • 430+ photos, mostly from the fan event
  • Training-experience films, a stadium tour, ambassador and influencer pieces
  • First deliverables inside a week of wrap

Also on record: a brand story for Park Lane, pitched instead of an event video and shot across Dubai and London; Vehicle Smart at the British Motor Show, with AI-assisted compositing that turned the stand into Back to the Future; behind-the-scenes for Parimatch's campaign with Chelsea FC and Leicester City; and campaign work for Tommy Hilfiger and Lancôme, on our fashion prices page. Planning a budget

How to estimate a commercial budget

  1. Count the shoot days. An advertising-level day with an art director, set build and full crew starts at £8,500. A smaller shoot is built from day rates: £2,000 for a filming day with one operator, £1,400 for a second camera.
  2. Add talent and space at cost. Models, talent, studio hire, location fees, wardrobe and props are passed through at cost and agreed in writing before booking.
  3. Add post-production. Edit, grade, sound mix and motion graphics are quoted with the brief. This is where two identical briefs can end up £4,000 apart. Vertical cutdowns for social are £150 each.
  4. Add usage. Your own channels are included. On fashion and beauty campaigns, each additional paid medium is +50% of the creative fee, and a 3-year term is +100%.
  5. Check the lead time. Fashion, beauty and product campaigns need 14 days from confirmed brief to shoot. Under 14 days adds 25% to the production fee, under 7 days adds 50%.
  6. Travel is already in the quote. Travel outside London is calculated by us and included in your quote, so there is nothing to add later.

Put together, a typical two-day fashion or beauty campaign with talent and studio lands at £20,000 to £30,000 with We Stream.

Pricing factors

Why it's quoted per project

  • Post-production. Two films with identical briefs can end up £4,000 apart on post alone, depending on the grade, graphics, sound and number of versions.
  • Crew and set. An advertising-level shoot adds an art director, a set build and a full crew. A scripted social ad can run on a much smaller team.
  • Shoot days and locations. Each day and each location adds crew time, studio and travel.
  • Talent and usage. Models, talent and studio are at cost. Paid advertising, broadcast and out-of-home use are licensed on top of your own channels.
  • Lead time. Fashion, beauty and product campaigns need 14 days from confirmed brief to shoot. Under 14 days is +25%, under 7 days +50%.
  • Every rate is on our prices page. For fashion and beauty campaigns, see fashion prices.

Always in the price

  • A producer on every project: on set for larger shoots, remotely for smaller ones
  • Two rounds of revisions and a one-week feedback window
  • Footage backed up to drives before anyone leaves
  • A quote within 24 hours of getting the date, location and what the film has to do
  • £5 million public liability insurance, held separately by each of our lead operators

Questions

FAQ

How much does commercial video production cost in London?

With We Stream, commercials are quoted per project. An advertising-level shoot with an art director, set build and full crew starts at £8,500 a day, a fashion or beauty campaign day with three to five finished films starts at £12,000 delivered, and a typical two-day campaign with talent and studio is £20,000 to £30,000.

How much does a TV commercial cost in the UK?

Published 2026 guides from UK production companies put a professionally produced TV advert at around £15,000 to £50,000, and a London single-shoot commercial at £15,000 to £60,000, with broadcast and hero campaign films going well beyond. Broadcast use is licensed separately from the production itself.

How do you estimate the cost of a commercial?

Count the shoot days (an advertising-level day starts at £8,500), add talent, studio and locations at cost, add post-production, which is quoted with the brief, then add paid-media usage and any short-notice surcharge. Travel outside London is calculated by us and included in the quote. A typical two-day fashion or beauty campaign with talent and studio lands at £20,000 to £30,000.

Why don't you publish a fixed commercial package?

Because two films with identical briefs can end up £4,000 apart on post-production alone, and crew, set and talent change from one brief to the next. You get a quote within 24 hours of sending the date, location and what the film has to do.

Do you develop the concept and script?

Yes, when the brief needs it, and it's quoted with the brief. For Park Lane, we pitched a story instead of a standard event video and wrote the concept with the client.

Can we use the film in paid advertising?

Yes, licensed on top of your own channels. On fashion and beauty campaigns, each additional paid medium is +50% of the creative fee, and a 3-year term is +100%. On product work it's +50% per medium. On other work, paid advertising, broadcast and resale are quoted separately.

How far ahead should we book?

Fashion, beauty and product campaigns need at least 14 days from confirmed brief to shoot. Under 14 days is +25% on the production fee, and under 7 days +50%, subject to crew availability.

What's not included in the price?

Models and talent, studio hire, location fees, wardrobe, props, catering and music licences are charged at cost and agreed in writing before booking.

Do you film outside London?

Yes, across the UK and Europe, with our own crew rather than local subcontractors. Travel outside London is calculated by us and included in your quote, so there is nothing to add later.
