The market in 2026
Listing media is built for volume. Estate agents need every property photographed and toured quickly and cheaply, and a specialist listing photographer does it well for a few hundred pounds. If that's what you need, a listing specialist is the better buy.
Marketing films are built to sell a place, a development or the company behind it. They take more time on site, lighting, a stronger edit and often drone footage, and the London market prices them in thousands, not hundreds.
We Stream works in the second category, and for developers it doesn't stop at the building: launches, partnerships and property shows are where a brand gets seen.

Real work
A walkthrough shows a property. What builds a developer's name is being seen in the right places: partnerships, launch evenings and the property shows where investors meet. That's where we've worked with Mira Developments.
A presentation of the partnership between Mira Developments and fashion house Elie Saab in London. We filmed and photographed the evening: Mira's representatives speaking about the collaboration inside the Elie Saab showroom, then an after-party at a London restaurant with guests and influencers.
The photo brief asked for flash for a polished, editorial look, portraits, group shots, speakers and branding details. Photos went out the same evening for the press release, and the final video the next morning.
PR launch event, photo and video

In March 2026, we photographed Mira Developments at MIPIM, the international property show in Cannes: the second time the developer brought us in, after the Elie Saab launch in London.
Property show photography, abroad
Also for Mira Developments: the John Richmond fashion show in London, wrapped at 11pm and edited by 5am, on our fashion prices page. For interiors and design, we have filmed Decorex 2024 at London Olympia and London Design Fair in Shoreditch.
