The market in 2026

Two different kinds of property video

Listing media is built for volume. Estate agents need every property photographed and toured quickly and cheaply, and a specialist listing photographer does it well for a few hundred pounds. If that's what you need, a listing specialist is the better buy.

Marketing films are built to sell a place, a development or the company behind it. They take more time on site, lighting, a stronger edit and often drone footage, and the London market prices them in thousands, not hundreds.

We Stream works in the second category, and for developers it doesn't stop at the building: launches, partnerships and property shows are where a brand gets seen.

Real work

Selling the developer, not just the building

A walkthrough shows a property. What builds a developer's name is being seen in the right places: partnerships, launch evenings and the property shows where investors meet. That's where we've worked with Mira Developments.

Mira Developments × Elie Saab. A PR launch, photos the same evening.

A presentation of the partnership between Mira Developments and fashion house Elie Saab in London. We filmed and photographed the evening: Mira's representatives speaking about the collaboration inside the Elie Saab showroom, then an after-party at a London restaurant with guests and influencers.

The photo brief asked for flash for a polished, editorial look, portraits, group shots, speakers and branding details. Photos went out the same evening for the press release, and the final video the next morning.

In March 2026, we photographed Mira Developments at MIPIM, the international property show in Cannes: the second time the developer brought us in, after the Elie Saab launch in London.

Why developers book us

One team for the film, the launch and the press

  • Press-ready on the night. Same-day photos are +£400. For Mira Developments and Elie Saab, photos went out the same evening and the video the next morning.
  • Photo and video from one booking. One operator covering both is £2,500 for a full day, so the launch film and the press gallery match.
  • Property shows abroad. We photographed MIPIM 2026 in Cannes, and work across the UK and Europe with our own crew.
  • Drone footage in the same booking. £450 with a licensed pilot.
  • A producer on every project. On set for larger shoots, remotely for smaller ones.
  • Every rate is on our prices page. For launch events, see event video prices.

Always in the price

  • Two rounds of revisions and a one-week feedback window
  • Footage and photos backed up to drives before anyone leaves
  • Usage for your own marketing, listings, social and press, worldwide, no time limit
  • £5 million public liability insurance, held separately by each of our lead operators
