How much does a brand video cost in London?
With We Stream, from £2,500 delivered for one or two crew, one shoot day and one to three finished films. A full-crew day with producer, two operators, gaffer and sound starts at £6,000. Advertising-level shoots with an art director and set build are quoted from £8,500 a day. Real invoices: Heineken × Margot Lee £2,000, AM Insights £2,500, NOA £4,000, and Cytec £6,000 for seven videos in early 2025.
What does the £2,500 tier actually include?
Pre-shoot call, one filming day with one or two operators, a producer working remotely, edit with grade and captions for one to three films in the aspect ratios agreed before the shoot, two rounds of revisions, and usage rights on your own channels. Talent, studio and music licences are at cost.
Why is editing priced separately from filming?
Because the edit is most of the work and it scales with output, not with hours on set. Cutting three to five videos from one day takes 10 to 15 hours. A £2,000 filming day with one highlight film is £2,500; the same day with an edit pack of a highlight, six clips and six verticals is £3,800.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 7 working days. Rush within 48 hours is +£400. Overnight, delivered by morning, is from +£900. Same-day delivery runs £400 to £1,500 depending on camera count and how finished the output must be: Heineken's 60-second ad went from an 11am call time to a finished cut at 1:34am.
Can we use the film in paid advertising?
Your own marketing, web, social, press and internal channels are included worldwide with no time limit. Paid advertising, broadcast and resale to third parties are licensed separately and quoted with the brief.
What do you need to send a quote?
The date, the location and what the film has to do. You get a quote within 24 hours. A 50% deposit holds the date; the balance is due within 14 days of delivery.
Do you write the concept and script?
Yes, when the brief needs it, quoted with the brief. For Park Lane we pitched a story instead of a standard event video and wrote the concept with the client.
Do you work with agencies as well as brands directly?
Yes. Kodansha's Blue Lock commercial with Dominic Solanke came through an LA creative studio that needed a London camera team; for Lunesi's campaign we were the filming crew, working alongside the brand's agency.
