Real work

Three examples with real numbers

Heineken × Margot Lee. Filmed at 11am, delivered at 1:34am.

A phone case that automatically flips over when someone says "cheers", nudging people to put their phones down and be present with each other. Filmed with influencer Margot Lee in a lively social setting, it carried Heineken's message about digital balance without needing to say it outright.

The brief was a 60-second lighthearted video to a set script, filmed in one morning and edited the same night: under 15 hours from camera to finished cut. When the suggested track didn't feel right, we sourced other options rather than cutting to a song that undersold the video. Subtitles and on-screen text were left off on purpose, so it read in Margot's own voice. Filmed, directed and edited by one person.

Package: full production day, one operator, with same-day delivery

What was delivered

  • 60-second hero cut
  • 40-second trimmed version for a second placement
  • A set of Instagram Stories shot alongside: an unboxing, a solo texting shot, both phones flipping over
  • Approved with no major changes and co-posted by Heineken

Sunday Riley. Twelve videos, three days, one visual language.

Twelve branded videos across three shoot days, with multiple models and a range of skincare products. Each video had to stand alone, one formula or one routine, while the full series read as one piece across the brand's channels.

The visual decisions were made once, in pre-production, and held for all three days: the same colour temperature, the same soft-box positions relative to talent, the same lens for product close-ups. Soft, directional light kept texture accurate, the way a serum catches light as it's applied. The grading brief went to the colourist before day one, keeping product colour true and skin tones consistent across different models.

Package: product series

What was delivered

  • 12 finished videos from 3 shoot days
  • One lighting plan held across the whole series, no resets between videos
  • Grade agreed before filming, consistent across every model
  • A content pack built for social and e-commerce

The Academy × Helen Sharman. Britain's first astronaut, in a room with no light.

A closed, premium event for The Academy, held in a fully darkened room to feel like the astronaut talk it was. Helen Sharman spoke to a small group of guests, and afterwards we filmed a short testimonial with her: her own account of the experience, not a pitch to camera.

The only light came from the projector and the presentation screen, which meant uneven tones and difficult exposure across the frame. We shot vertical on Sony bodies at ISO 12,800 with an ND filter to hold the image against the screen's brightness. In the final footage the darkness is barely noticeable, and the client edited in-house from what we delivered.

Package: half-day filming, footage for an in-house edit

What was delivered

  • A 1.5-hour event, filmed vertical for social
  • A short testimonial with Helen Sharman
  • 2 hours of raw footage, clean enough to edit in-house

Pricing factors

What changes the price

  • The number of finished videos, not the hours filmed. Editing is most of the work. Ten cutdowns from one shoot day cost more than three from the same day.
  • Same-day delivery. An editor works on site or overnight. That's a second person's day, which is why it's priced as a range rather than a flat fee.
  • Locations. Two nearby locations fit inside a half day. Three across London do not.
  • Talent, studio, styling. Passed through at cost and confirmed in writing before the shoot.
  • Platform versions. Vertical only is cheaper than vertical plus square plus horizontal from the same footage.

Questions

FAQ

How much does social media video production cost in London?

With We Stream, from £1,100 for a single Reel, £1,800 for a half day producing two to three Reels, and £3,500 for a full production day with four to six videos. A ten to twelve-video product series across two or three shoot days runs £7,000 to £8,500.

What's included in the price?

A call before the shoot, filming, editing, captions, two rounds of revisions with a one-week feedback window, and files delivered in the aspect ratios agreed before the shoot. A producer on every project, on set for larger shoots and remotely for smaller ones. £5 million public liability insurance, held separately by each of our lead operators.

How fast can you deliver social media video?

Three working days for Reels, five for a full production day, seven to ten for a series. Same-day delivery is an add-on: the Heineken campaign with Margot Lee was filmed from 11am and delivered at 1:34am.

Do you post the content for us?

No. We deliver files and captions, and your team or agency publishes. We can supply per-platform versions so nothing needs re-cropping.

What can we use the videos for?

Your own channels, marketing, web, social, press and internal communications, worldwide, with no time limit. Paid advertising, broadcast and resale to third parties are quoted separately. Fashion, beauty and product campaigns carry their own licence, set out on our prices page.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds on every package, with a one-week feedback window. Extra rounds are £100 to £200 each.

Can you shoot a month of content in one day?

Yes. A structured full day typically produces four to six finished videos, more if the formats are short. For regular content, a monthly retainer starts at £3,000 for one shoot day and six edited videos, with a three-month minimum.

Do you work with agencies as well as brands directly?

Yes, both. We work direct with brands and as a production partner to agencies, where the agency holds the client relationship and we handle the shoot and the edit.
