A filmed podcast episode with We Stream in London costs £1,550 for a single episode from a two-hour session at your premises. Film four episodes in a day and each one costs £840; film eight short episodes and each costs £500.
We film in a hired studio or bring the full kit to your office, a hotel room or wherever the show lives. If another crew is filming, a We Stream producer can supervise the shoot against your brand guidelines for £400 a half day or £800 a full day. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

How we work
Three ways to run a podcast shoot
We run the whole shoot
Cameras, lighting, sound and the edit, in a hired studio or wherever the show is recorded: your office, a hotel room, a meeting room. We bring the full kit and build the set on the day.

Another crew or the studio's own team films. Our producer is there for you, checking angles, lighting and framing against your brand guidelines while it's being recorded, not after.

Behind the scenes
On set with our clients
A producer on set when the client's marketing lead can't be.
Brand guidelines don't enforce themselves on a shoot day. When a client's marketing lead can't be on set, one of our producers goes instead. The filming isn't ours: our producer watches every angle, light and frame as it's recorded and makes sure it matches the guidelines.
We did this for ALEA's podcast. These photos are from another client's podcast recording, where we did the same.
Producer on set only
An interview show in an office meeting room. Three cameras, a sound operator.
No studio needed. This show was recorded in a client's meeting room: three cameras on the host and guest, a key light, and a dedicated sound operator on headphones.
Full shoot at the client's premises
A full set, built in a co-working lounge.
Everything in these photos came with us: the large softbox, the cameras, the stands and the monitors. For the day, the lounge became a set.
We bring the kit
Raw files only, for a corporate client's own team.
Some clients have an editor in-house and only need it filmed well. This corporate client asked for raw files only: we lit and filmed it and handed over the footage.

Yes, across the UK and Europe, with our own crew rather than local subcontractors. Travel outside London is calculated by us and included in your quote, so there is nothing to add later.
