We Stream is a London video and photo production company (We Stream Ltd, founded in 2022 by Violetta Coretnic and Vitalii Vakulchuk) that films conferences, launches, awards and corporate events. These are our event video prices for 2026, the same figures we quote.
With We Stream, filming only is £250 an hour with a two-hour minimum, £900 for a half day and £1,500 for a full day of up to 8 hours with one operator. Filmed and edited, a half day with a highlight film starts at £1,400 and a full day with a highlight film and four clips at £2,400.
Filmed and edited
Each package includes the filming, the edit and two rounds of revisions. The button under each one opens WhatsApp with the package already named, so you only add the date.
One operator for up to 4 hours, and a highlight film of 2 to 3 minutes.
One operator for up to 8 hours, a highlight film and four speaker or interview clips with captions.
The stage and the room covered at once, then a highlight film, six clips and six vertical cutdowns.

For briefs that do not fit a package: book the filming, then add only the edits you need. A full filming day of up to 8 hours works out at under £190 an hour, against £250 for a single hour, and each hour beyond 8 is £150.

Same-day video is one recap, cut off site from footage sent during the day. Several same-day pieces, or anything cut at the venue, is the on-site editor.
Content during the event
For conferences and shows that post while they are still running. The editor sits at the venue and cuts as the cards come in, so recaps and clips go out the same day.
Anything longer than 60 seconds, the interviews and the final post-show film are cut after the event. Each show day is booked as its own day. Conferences and trade shows have their own price page: conference video prices.
Real work
What the faster delivery lines above look like on real bookings. The badge on each film is how long the client waited.
A Ukrainian artefact shown abroad for the first time, with Stephen Fry among the speakers, in a very dark historic room. We scouted it the day before, advised extra lighting and ran a three-person crew: press photos on site and the final videos the same evening.
An evening in London unveiling a new real estate project with Elie Saab. Press-ready photos went to the client within 3 hours and the final video by the next morning.
The fair filmed installation by installation, with much of the screen time on emerging designers. Edited footage reached the client within 3 hours of the event.
Pricing factors
Quotes from different companies rarely look alike, and it is usually not padding. Crew size, turnaround and how much editing is in the brief explain most of the difference.
Up to 4 hours is a half day, up to 8 a full day, and each hour beyond 8 is £150. A full day works out cheaper per hour.
One operator follows the event. Filming the stage and the room at the same time needs a second.

7 working days is standard. Same-day and overnight edits mean an editor held for you.

We film across the UK and Europe with our own crew rather than local subcontractors. Travel outside London is calculated by us and included in your quote, so there is nothing to add later. VAT will be added where applicable.
