Event Videographer London

Your conference ends at 5pm and your CEO wants the highlight video up by 7pm. The photographer cancelled that morning. Nobody remembered to mic the keynote speaker until he was already on stage.

This is what we handle. We Stream is the event videographer London teams call for deadline-critical coverage - we film corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and launches across London and beyond, from government announcements at The Savoy to three-day trade shows at London Olympia. Turnaround matches your media schedule, not ours.

We Stream – Event Videography (What you get block)

What you actually get

Before, during, after – same crew, same standard.

Before

Venue scouted, so nothing's a surprise on the day

We scout your venue when needed. For Cytec's corporate shoot, we flagged that their original location wouldn't work on camera, found a better one, and saved them £800 in the process. You get honest advice, not just a crew showing up on the day.

During

A full crew, scaled to the brief

A full crew – producer, camera operators, gaffer, sound engineer, whatever the brief needs. At the Newsweek conference, a two-person team filmed every panel across three cameras while capturing a separate highlights edit at the same time, on a limited budget.

After

Photos live same-day, video within your deadline

Same-day edited photos for your social channels – during a three-day IT conference in Berlin, we delivered continuous edited images so the client could post live on LinkedIn throughout. They've told us our output consistently outperforms other production companies they've used, engagement-wise. The final video follows within hours or days depending on your deadline. We've worked with some clients for over four years because we deliver what we promise, when we promise it.

We Stream – Event Videography (Why speed matters block)

Why speed matters

Your event doesn't end when the last guest leaves – it ends when the content is published.

Post the highlight video while attendees are still talking about it and you extend its reach; wait three weeks and it's archive footage, not coverage.

Speed without quality is useless. Quality without speed often is too.

Recent proof IGB Live! – 2 days of filming for Alea became 2 social media reels and 1 highlight video, plus a same-day photo gallery for press and social.
We Stream – Case Study (Helen Sharman × The Academy)

Case study – The Academy

Filming Britain's first astronaut, in a room with no light.

Helen Sharman Closed premium event London

We filmed a closed, premium event for The Academy in a fully darkened room, built to feel like the astronaut talk it was. Helen Sharman – the first British astronaut – spoke to a small group of distinguished guests, and we captured a short testimonial with her afterward: her own account of the experience, not a pitch to camera.

The brief ran 1.5 hours, shot vertical, in a room with no light source beyond the projector and presentation screen – uneven tones, difficult exposure across the frame. We shot on Sony bodies with high low-light sensitivity, at ISO 12,800 with an ND filter to keep the image clean against the screen's brightness.

In the final footage the darkness is barely noticeable, and the tone holds even throughout. The client edited in-house and was happy with what they had to work with.

We Stream – Case Study (Rebecca Vallance × Nicky Hilton)

Case study – Rebecca Vallance × Nicky Hilton

Filming a designer launch, in a room that changed its mind about light.

Rebecca Vallance × Nicky Hilton Retail launch event London

We filmed the London launch of Rebecca Vallance and Nicky Hilton's collection at Gaia, attended by Princess Beatrice among other high-profile guests. It wasn't a straightforward 'celebrity wears the brand' event, but coverage of a designer collaboration that grew out of a genuine customer relationship into a global capsule collection.

Coverage ran 20:00–22:00, with an overnight edit – the client posted the final video at 09:00 the next morning. We knew from the pre-production call that the venue spanned two floors, so we booked two videographers for it.

What we hadn't planned for was how dark the room actually was. We started on the usual fix – high ISO and ND filters – but Rebecca Vallance and Nicky Hilton didn't like how their faces looked in that read, and wanted the space bright instead. We pulled out the lighting kit we'd brought as backup, and one camera operator spent the rest of the evening running lights on guests' faces instead of filming. Not the look we'd have chosen, but it's what the client wanted, and it's the video that shipped by 9am.

We carry the gear, and we know how to run it under pressure, when a missed shot can't be redone. That's less about the equipment list and more about having done it enough times that nothing on-site is a surprise.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much does an event videographer cost in London?+

A single camera operator runs £1,100-£1,200 for a half-day and £1,500 for a full day, including raw footage and professional equipment. A combined photo + video booking with one operator is £1,700 for a full day, additional camera operators are £700/day, and multi-day coverage (video, photo, and edit) runs £8,500-£12,000 depending on scope.

How quickly can event video be delivered in London?+

Standard turnaround is 10 working days. Faster delivery is available - same-day for a +£700-£1,000 add-on - and we delivered press-ready photos 20 minutes after the Trafalgar Square Usyk/Branson unveiling with full video by evening, and DP World's Thames Freeport launch video within 5 hours, when the brief called for it.

What does an event videographer in London do?+

An event videographer films corporate conferences, trade shows, product launches, and galas, providing multi-camera coverage, audio recording, and edited deliverables on a schedule matched to the client's media needs - same-day social content through to a polished highlight video.

Do event videographers in London offer same-day delivery?+

Yes - standard turnaround is 10 working days, and same-day delivery is available as a +£700-£1,000 add-on on any booking, since it requires dedicated on-site editing infrastructure rather than standard post-event turnaround.

Can one company provide both event photography and videography in London?+

Yes - We Stream covers both from a single crew, which removes the coordination overhead of hiring two separate suppliers. At Fast Growth Icons' Claridge's event, that meant real-time LinkedIn photos throughout the day alongside a polished highlight video.

What venues in London do event videographers typically cover?+

Common venues include Claridge's, The Savoy, London Olympia, ExCeL London, the Bvlgari Hotel, and the Tower of London. We Stream has filmed government announcements, multi-day trade shows, corporate conferences, and heritage exhibitions across Central London and beyond.

Standard packages include pre-event venue scouting, multi-camera filming with professional audio, and an edited highlight video delivered to your timeline. Photography, drone footage, live streaming, and vertical social formats are available as add-ons.

Do London event videographers work outside London?+

Yes - We Stream works across the UK and internationally, with past coverage across Europe - including Lisbon, Rome, Berlin, and Stockholm - and as far as Brazil. We always fly our own crew out, rather than sourcing local teams.
