Questions

FAQ

How much does an event photographer cost in London?

With We Stream, £300 an hour, £1,000 for a half day of up to 4 hours and £2,200 for a full day of up to 10 hours. Same-day delivery adds £400.

How many photos do we get?

About 70 or more edited images an hour. A full day lands at 300 or more rather than ten times the hourly count, because once the room, the speakers and the key moments are covered there is less new to shoot. Portrait, fashion and product shoots are retouched image by image, so the count is agreed in the brief.

How fast is delivery, and what does same-day mean in practice?

The edited gallery arrives inside 5 working days. Same-day delivery, +£400, means about 15 retouched images an hour while the event is still running; at Trafalgar Square, press-ready photos went out 20 minutes after the moment.

When do we need a second photographer?

When two things happen at once, like a stage and a networking floor. An additional photographer is £700 a day.

What do corporate headshots cost?

A portrait day with a portable studio built in your office is £2,000. For Maze, that meant 112 finished photos in three hours.

Is it cheaper to book photo and video together?

Yes. One operator covering both photo and video is £2,500 for a full day, and a photographer and videographer together are £4,200 for a full day.

Who owns the photos and can we use them in ads?

Event and corporate photos can be used on your own marketing, web, social, press and internal channels, worldwide, with no time limit. Paid advertising is quoted separately.

Do you photograph outside London?

Yes, across the UK and Europe. Travel outside London is calculated by us and included in your quote, so there is nothing to add later.
