By Violet Coretnic, producer - We Stream

The iGaming exhibition floor is a specific production challenge. High noise levels, inconsistent lighting, tight stand spaces, strict data protection requirements, and a three-day window to produce content that justifies a booth that costs €50,000 at minimum.

We've filmed iGaming events for four years. ICE London, SBC Summit Lisbon, SiGMA Malta, SiGMA Roma. We know the venues, the logistics, and what content actually performs when the event is over.

What iGaming event coverage looks like

Most exhibition stands produce generic footage: wide shots of the booth, a few staged conversations, logo closeups. That content exists to prove you attended, not to generate leads or social engagement.

The brands that extract real value from event coverage do something different. They capture what made their stand worth visiting - the activation, the competition, the product demo, the team explaining the value proposition to actual prospects. That content shows up in pitch decks, on websites, and across LinkedIn long after the event closes.
DataBet Arcane at ICE 2026: Full booth coverage including live Arcane animators performing as characters on the stand. We captured the performances and integrated Jinx and Vi directly into the edit as a narrative device to surface DataBet's core strengths: widest market coverage, advanced sportsbook solutions, deep esports expertise, and personalised content tools. Same-day edited photos delivered throughout for live posting. Final highlight video within one week.
DataBet at SBC Summit Lisbon 2024: Multi-day production delivering horizontal and vertical highlight videos plus a full gallery of same-day photos. We filmed the entire stand activation including product showcases and an interactive Counter-Strike competition where visitors played live matches and challenged a professional CS player for prizes. The content supported their Silver Award celebration for Esports Supplier of the Year with strong, shareable visuals across all platforms.
ALEA at SiGMA Central Europe 2025 in Roma: Three full days covering booth activity, team interactions, and event atmosphere. Same-day photography throughout enabling real-time social updates. Final highlight video delivered within 5 days reflecting the energy of the stand and ALEA's strong exhibition presence.
DataBet at ICE London 2024: Three-day coverage capturing both the high-energy atmosphere and specific brand moments. The highlight video focused on their sports car attraction - a tyre-change challenge and mini racing games - alongside on-stage appearances from company representatives. Same-day photos throughout the event, final video within a week. Content that communicated DataBet's competitive and energetic brand positioning, not just "we were at ICE."
ALEA at SiGMA Euro-Med Malta: Two full days of filming delivering a dynamic event video within five days and same-day photos throughout the conference. The film included interviews lit with our compact on-site setup, booth coverage, and their interactive activation where visitors inhaled flavoured air. We used AI-based masking and motion effects to create an eye-catching, modern edit distinct from standard trade show footage. LinkedIn and Instagram cuts optimised for each platform's format and audience.
BitPace at ICE London 2024: Filmed BitPace's activation featuring branded materials, promotional staff, a caricature artist, traditional Turkish sand coffee, and prize giveaways of AirPods and iPads. Two hours of filming across two days produced a complete highlight video within 5 days and next-day photos. The content captured BitPace's energetic and creative brand image effectively despite the limited coverage window.
BitPace at SBC Summit Lisbon 2025: The main attraction was a live ice-cream show made with liquid nitrogen, filling the booth with dramatic clouds of mist. We captured visitor reactions, interactions, and the atmosphere around the stand whilst keeping visuals polished and brand-focused. Same-day photos throughout, final highlight video within a week.
WLC at ICE Barcelona 2026: Filmed during a rebranding period where certain visuals couldn't be shown publicly. Instead of relying on logos or colours, we captured team personality, interactions, and booth atmosphere - creating a highlight video that made people want to connect with the team behind the brand. No strict delivery deadlines allowed us to shape the edit around quality and tone, delivering content that reflects what working with WLC actually feels like.
Internet Vikings at ICE Barcelona 2026: Worked within strict client privacy guidelines - faces, hands, and anything identifiable about stand visitors couldn't appear on camera. The stand itself was modest with limited visual depth. We focused on team energy, atmosphere, and brand presence on the floor to create a highlight video that reinforced who Internet Vikings are without visitor interactions.
This is not a complete client list. It's evidence that we understand how iGaming brands use event content and what challenges come with filming it.

The logistics of filming iGaming events

Same-day photo delivery
is available when it matters. We've written about how same-day turnaround actually works in practice - see how same-day event edits are structured. Around 45% of LinkedIn content is consumed by people at manager level or above - the audience iGaming brands are spending exhibition budgets to reach. At a three-day event, the brands posting during the event are in front of those people whilst the event is still running. Competitors posting a week later are competing with everyone else's post-event content at once. When same-day delivery is part of your brief, we deliver edited, branded photos continuously throughout the event, formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, and press release use. This is a premium service priced accordingly.
Audio is difficult on the exhibition floor
Background noise from neighbouring stands, PA announcements, and crowd volume make clean interview audio nearly impossible without proper equipment. We bring wireless lapel microphones and manage sound properly or we don't film the interview. Unusable audio makes good footage worthless.
Lighting is inconsistent
Some stands are well-lit. Most aren't. Exhibition halls have mixed lighting - natural light from windows, harsh overhead lights, coloured LED walls from competing stands bleeding into your space. We bring portable lighting setups that work in tight spaces and adapt to whatever the venue throws at us.
Stand space is limited
Filming a stand activation with a six-person crew in a 3×3 metre space doesn't work. We scale the crew to what the space allows and what the deliverables actually require. A two-person team at BitPace ICE London produced a complete highlight video and photo gallery. The seven-person crew you'd bring to a studio shoot is often counterproductive on an exhibition floor.
Data protection and client privacy
Some clients - particularly B2B technology providers - have strict rules about filming their visitors. We've worked under guidelines where visitor faces, hands, and any identifiable information couldn't appear on camera. That constraint requires a different approach: focus on team, product, and atmosphere instead. We've done this multiple times and delivered effective content within those boundaries.
Activation documentation vs brand storytelling
There's a difference between filming what happened at your stand and producing content that communicates why someone should care about your brand. Most event videos are the former. The DataBet Arcane video is the latter - it uses the activation as a vehicle to communicate product strengths and market positioning, not just "here's what our booth looked like."

What we deliver

Highlight videos
60 to 90 seconds capturing your stand presence, activation, and brand positioning. LinkedIn's own data shows video generates five times more engagement than other content types on the platform. For a B2B brand that has just spent three days and a significant budget on an exhibition presence, a highlight video is how that investment reaches people who weren't in the room. Delivered within one week of the event closing, optimised for LinkedIn, your website, and pitch decks.
Platform-specific cuts
Vertical formats for Instagram and TikTok, horizontal for LinkedIn and YouTube. We plan the shoot to accommodate both orientations efficiently rather than cropping after the fact.
Same-day photography
Edited, branded images delivered continuously throughout the event for live posting. We've provided this service at every major iGaming event - ICE, SBC Summit, SiGMA - and it consistently produces higher engagement than waiting until after the event closes. This is priced separately as a premium service.
Interview content
On-stand interviews with your team explaining your value proposition, product updates, or event takeaways. Lit and recorded properly despite exhibition floor conditions. Used across social channels and sales materials long after the event.
Behind-the-scenes and team content
The version of event coverage that shows who your team is and what working with you feels like. More effective than polished brand footage for recruitment and partnership conversations.

Major iGaming events we cover

ICE London - ExCeL London. The largest iGaming event globally. We've filmed multiple clients across multiple years. We know the venue layout, the logistics of moving equipment through security, and where the light is decent and where it isn’t.
See our ICE 2026 Barcelona coverage for a full breakdown of how we approached that event.
IGB Live! - ExCeL London. London-based iGaming exhibition. We've covered brands at this event and understand the venue logistics and exhibition floor dynamics.
SBC Summit Lisbon - Lisbon Congress Centre. Multi-day iGaming and sports betting conference. We've covered this event repeatedly and deliver content that reflects both the Portuguese venue and the international audience. Read how we covered SBC Summit Lisbon across multiple clients.
SiGMA - Malta, Roma, and other European locations. We've filmed at SiGMA Euro-Med Malta and SiGMA Central Europe Roma. Same-day delivery, multi-platform outputs, and content that performs across LinkedIn and Instagram. Read our SiGMA Roma event coverage.
If your brand exhibits at these events, we've worked the venues.
That matters for planning, equipment setup, and realistic delivery timelines.

Pricing and booking

iGaming event coverage is priced on the specifics: number of days, crew size, deliverables required, and turnaround timeline.
Pricing guidance:
  • Single-day event coverage: from £2,500
  • Multi-day exhibition coverage (3 days): from £4,500
  • Same-day photo delivery throughout event (2+ days): +£800 premium
  • Rush video delivery (24-48 hours): premium pricing applies
These are starting points. A single-day activation with standard delivery costs differently to three-day coverage with same-day photography and multi-platform video outputs. Same-day delivery - whether photos during the event or rush video turnaround - carries a premium reflecting the additional resource and coordination required. We quote based on what you're actually commissioning, not a standard day rate applied regardless of scope.

Book early. ICE London, SBC Summit, and SiGMA are major dates in the iGaming calendar. Crew availability during these events fills quickly. If you're exhibiting, get in touch at least six weeks before the event. We can accommodate shorter notice depending on our schedule, but earlier booking ensures we're available and gives us time to understand your stand activation properly.

FAQ

Do you attend all three days of the event or just when we need you?
We can cover the full event or specific days depending on your activation schedule and budget. Most clients book us for the full event to capture the complete narrative - setup through teardown - but single-day coverage is possible if your activation is concentrated.
Can you film our competitors' stands?
No. We do not film competitive intelligence footage at events where we are working with a client. It is a conflict of interest and damages trust with the brands that hire us.
What if our stand activation changes on the day?
It happens regularly. We have filmed stand activations where the original plan changed completely between briefing and event day. We adapt. The WLC shoot at ICE Barcelona is a clear example - rebranding meant certain visuals could not be used, so we pivoted the entire approach to focus on team rather than brand assets.
Do you film interviews in other languages?
Yes. We have filmed multilingual content at iGaming events and can coordinate subtitling or on-screen translation if required. Tell us language requirements upfront so we can plan accordingly.
How quickly can you turn around content during the event?
Same-day photo delivery is available as a premium service when briefed in advance - images delivered throughout the event, often within hours. Standard photo delivery is 24–48 hours after the event closes. A short social video cut can be delivered within 24 hours if planned upfront as a rush delivery. Standard highlight films deliver within a week of the event closing.
Can you provide raw footage as well as edited content?
Yes. If you have an in-house team handling post-production or need archive material, we deliver organised, labelled raw files alongside finished edits. Most clients do not need this, but it is available on request.
What if we do not have a stand activation planned yet?
Tell us what you are considering. We have worked on enough iGaming event activations to advise on what films well and what does not. A branded giveaway photographs differently to a live competition. A product demo has different coverage requirements to a speaking slot. We can help you think through what content you will actually get from whatever you are planning.
How much does iGaming event videography cost?
Single-day event coverage starts from £2,500. Multi-day exhibition coverage across three days starts from £4,500. Same-day photo delivery throughout a two-day-plus event carries a premium of £800. Rush video delivery within 24–48 hours is priced additionally. Final quotes are based on the number of days, crew size, deliverables required, and turnaround timeline - not a flat day rate.
How far in advance should we book a crew for ICE, SBC Summit, or SiGMA?
At least six weeks before the event. ICE London, SBC Summit, and SiGMA are major dates in the iGaming calendar and crew availability fills quickly. Earlier booking also gives us time to understand your stand activation properly before arriving. Shorter notice can be accommodated depending on schedule, but availability is not guaranteed inside six weeks for the major events.
What information do you need from us to send a quote?
Event name and dates, stand number if confirmed, what activation or content you are planning, whether you need same-day photos or video or both, platform requirements across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, pitch decks, or website, and any brand, data protection, or client privacy guidelines the crew needs to follow. We respond within 24 hours with availability and a clear quote.
