High noise, inconsistent lighting, tight stand space, strict data protection, and a three-day window to justify a booth that costs €50,000 at minimum. We've filmed iGaming exhibitions for four years - ICE London, SBC Summit Lisbon, SiGMA Malta, SiGMA Roma - and know what content actually performs once the event closes.

The logistics
Roughly 45% of LinkedIn content is consumed by manager level or above. Brands posting during the event reach that audience while it's still running. Turnaround runs 2–48 hours depending on the brief, priced as a premium service rather than included by default.
Neighbouring stands, PA announcements and crowd noise make clean interview audio nearly impossible without the right kit. We bring wireless lapel mics and manage sound properly, or we don't film the interview.
Mixed natural light, harsh overheads, and coloured LED walls bleeding in from competing stands. We bring portable lighting that works in tight spaces and adapts to whatever the venue throws at us.
A six-person crew doesn't work in a 3×3m space. We scale the crew to the space and the deliverables – a two-person team at BitPace ICE London produced a full highlight video and photo gallery.
Some B2B clients require that visitor faces, hands and identifiable details never appear on camera. That means focusing on team, product and atmosphere instead – we've delivered effective content within those rules repeatedly.
Most event videos show what happened at the stand. The better ones use the activation as a vehicle to explain why someone should care about the brand - that's the difference we build every edit around.
What we deliver
60-90 seconds of stand presence and brand positioning, delivered within a week, cut for LinkedIn, your site and pitch decks.
Vertical for Instagram and TikTok, horizontal for LinkedIn and YouTube - planned into the shoot, not cropped after.
Edited, branded images delivered continuously through the event for live posting. Priced separately as a premium.
On-stand interviews, lit and recorded properly despite exhibition conditions - for social and sales material after the event.
The version of coverage that shows who your team is - more effective than polished brand footage for recruitment and partnerships.

Single-day event coverage starts from £2,500. Multi-day exhibition coverage across three days starts from £4,500. Same-day photo delivery throughout a two-day-plus event carries a premium of £800. Rush video delivery within 4–48 hours is priced additionally. Final quotes are based on days, crew size, deliverables and turnaround - not a flat day rate.
We can cover the full event or specific days depending on your activation schedule and budget. Most clients book the full event to capture setup through teardown, but single-day coverage works if your activation is concentrated.
At least six weeks before the event - these are major dates in the iGaming calendar and crew availability fills quickly. Earlier booking also gives us time to understand your stand activation properly. Shorter notice can sometimes be accommodated, but availability isn't guaranteed inside six weeks.
No. We don't film competitive intelligence footage at events where we're working with a client - it's a conflict of interest and damages trust with the brands that hire us.
It happens regularly and we adapt. The WLC shoot at ICE Barcelona is a clear example - a mid-rebrand meant certain visuals couldn't be used, so we pivoted the whole approach to focus on team rather than brand assets.
Same-day photo delivery is available as a premium when briefed in advance, often within hours. Standard photo delivery is 24-48 hours after the event closes. A rush social video cut can land in as little as 4 hours if planned upfront, up to 48 depending on scope. Standard highlight films deliver within a week.
Event name and dates, stand number if confirmed, planned activation, whether you need photos, video, or both, platform requirements, and any privacy guidelines the crew needs to follow. We respond within 24 hours with availability and a clear quote.
