How much does a videographer cost for ICE Barcelona?+
We Stream charges £2,000 for a full day with one videographer, filming only, or £3,100 for a solo full day delivered with a highlight film and four clips. One operator covering photo and video is £2,500 a day, and a photographer and videographer together are £4,200 a day.
What does three days of coverage at ICE cost?+
Three show days start from £3,600: one operator on photo and video for two hours each day, 10 to 15 edited photos by the end of each day, a highlight film and three vertical clips. Two days are from £2,850. Half days with a photographer and a videographer are from £7,950 for three days.
Is travel to Barcelona extra?+
Travel outside London is calculated by us and included in your quote, so there is nothing to add later. We fly our own crew out from London and never hand the job to local subcontractors. VAT will be added where applicable.
When is ICE Barcelona 2027?+
ICE Barcelona 2027 runs from 18 to 20 January 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Brief us in November or December, before the stand design is signed off, so the filming plan can follow the stand layout.
Which brands have you filmed at ICE?+
At ICE Barcelona 2026 we filmed DATA.BET, Internet Vikings, BitPace and WLC. Before the move to Barcelona we filmed ICE London 2024 for DATA.BET and BitPace. We also film SiGMA, SBC Summit Lisbon and iGB Live.
Can we get photos during the show?+
Yes. Same-day photo delivery is £400, charged once per booking whatever the number of show days, and the show packages include it. Edited photos arrive in batches through your window, and the full gallery follows inside 5 working days.
How fast is the highlight film?+
Edited video arrives inside 7 working days with two rounds of revisions. A rush edit within 48 hours is £400 extra. A same-day video cut during the show is £400 to £1,500, depending on footage and how finished it must be.
What if we can't show client logos or are mid-rebrand?+
Tell us in the brief and we film around it. For Internet Vikings at ICE 2026 some client logos had to stay out of shot, and WLC was mid-rebrand, so both films were built on the team, the visitors and the atmosphere instead of logos.
